PHENYLALAINE: An essential amino acid, which is highly concentrated in protein foods is understood to perform as a pain reliever.   It is used by the brain to produce Norepinephrine, a chemical that transmit signals between nerve cells and brain, keeps maintain alertness, reduces hunger, acts as anti depressant and helps improve memory- DL-Phenylalaine (DLPA) is a natural amino acid found in many foods. It is a powerful, non addictive analgesic. PROLINE: a non essential amino acid.It is essential for proper functioning of joints and tendons, helps maintain and strengthen heart muscles.  SERINE: a non essential amino acid, A strong source of glucose by the liver and muscles, helps strengthen the immune system by providing antibodies, synthesizes fatty acids ,sheath around nerve fibers. THREONINE: An essential amino acid, Threonine is the least abundant amino acid, but essential in preventing fat build up in the liver and assisting digestive and intestinal tracts function more smoothly, assists metabolism and assimilation.
